Yoga & Movement

The yoga sessions will be a balanced combination of sustained poses, as well as poses flowing in a mindful progression from one to another (Hatha Flow). Mindfulness and focus on breath are an integral part of the class. Attention is always given to basic alignment and therapeutic principals.

• Modifications are offered to help individuals understand and work with their own unique limitations.

• Classes are energetically balanced, incorporating a good physical work-out as well as calming poses and deep relaxation.

Each morning session will begin with centering and pranayama followed by a spirited physical practice to energize the mind and body for the day ahead. The afternoon practice will explore the asanas in greater depth and detail. Each session concludes with a deep relaxation and guided meditation, working to calm, restore and heal body, mind and spirit.

You will be nourished with catered organic vegetarian meals prepared with love by the team with main dishes catered by The Red Apron. We offer a diverse, healthy, and delicious menu incorporating contemporary and traditional cuisine from around the world, using organic and primarily local foods.
